100th Post: Where’s Wannie? Vol. 3

About two weeks ago, I got really excited after giving my blog a makeover. One thing I regret is that I changed my URL impulsively. My stats dropped and I’m not sure if my followers still see my posts from their reader. That brought me to discouragement. But then, I  noticed that some of my old followers “followed” me again. What a motivation! 🙂 So, before I get back to serious blogging, here’s what I’ve been up to lately in case you are interested…

1. Planning a new blog. Everything is still in my notepad but I can’t stop researching and reading all about blogging in a self-hosted site. Some of the bloggers I met from wordpress.com have already tried it and hopefully, I can start my own this year. I’m planning to create a happiness/positivity/self-development blog. I still don’t know what to name it though! Anyways, if you are also interested in creating a new site or want to improve your current one, you can follow my Pinterest board, Blogging Tips & Tutorials.

2. Gathering requirements for my K1-Visa interview. I’ve been in a long-distance relationship for almost five years now and my fiance and I just can’t wait to close that gap! I already have my interview scheduled this month but I’m asking for your prayers so I will be approved for a US Fiance Visa and be with the love of my life. ❤ (Read: How My LDR Story Began)

PS. These blogs have been my very helpful guide from filing our Fiance Petition to the K-1 Visa Process (and even for the future processes to come): Life as Mrs. Presson, Esteytsayd

3. Recording, encoding and checking students’ grades. Here in the Philippines, the school year starts in June and ends in March. That means, I’m super busy again with school stuff but I also feel excited because it’s almost summer vacation!

4. Thinking what to do with my hair. I’m not sure what to call it but it feels like my hair is in its “awkward phase”.

What should I do with my hair? #Mondayselfie

I started to regularly have it relaxed or rebonded since I was 12 but I’ve decided to let my natural hair grow now. My last treatment was more than a year ago so the upper part of my hair is frizzy-wavy (my virgin hair) but the lower half is straight. I don’t want to cut it yet so I’m trying to use different products to make it more manageable. I also just tie it in a ponytail or do some heatless curls/waves to make it even. Glad I was able to dig up this DIY post from Cutie Cameras.

What have you been up to lately? Let’s talk. 🙂

Hey there! I’ve been through the change of blog add and losing some followers. Re-building it takes time. Love to blog and just keep blogging. The following list will build up again. I am still in the midst of it and I just love the journey. 🙂
